1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and authenticity certificates included.

Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. RETURN PROCESS

Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions, including the designated return address.

Returns must be shipped back using an insured and trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
3. REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, import duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
