RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At CONACLIMATEE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange luxury watches purchased from us.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and authenticity certificates included.

  • Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@conaclimatee.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions, including the designated return address.

  • Returns must be shipped back using an insured and trackable method to ensure safe delivery.


3. REFUND POLICY

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, import duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.


4. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or higher value (price difference applies).

  • To request an exchange, email us at info@conaclimatee.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Final sale items, custom-made pieces, and engraved watches.

  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by shipping.

  • Watches missing original packaging, authenticity cards, or accessories.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your watch arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for assessment.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
